Floral Haven may be the best place to take your lost loved ones to in the world! I had no idea what I was in for because I have never had to directly deal with these matters before. I was very concerned about my brother being handled with honor and dignity. They more than met my expectations. The people of Floral Haven swooped in and handled everything swiftly, confidently, thoroughly, compassionately and were always there with the best advice. I will always recommend Floral Haven to everyone I know. The team of Emily Eastman, Steve Taylor, Elizabeth Mills, and Holly Brown were sensitive and attentive to detail.

They took very good care of my mom. Chelsea is the best funeral director anybody could ask for, very attentive to my families needs and preparation. It was my first time having to organize a funeral and she made it seem easy by being there every step of the way

Kenslie made me feel cared for right away. She was very caring and helpful. She answered all of my questions and even told me more about the process. I felt very confident that our wishes were going to be done just like we wanted. She was always there to answer any questions we had. Floral Haven is a great place.

From the moment we walked into Floral Haven Funeral Home & Crematory, we knew we had found the right place for our family. We visited several funeral homes during such a difficult and emotional time, but Floral Haven immediately stood out for their warmth, compassion, professionalism, and the genuine care they showed us. Keenan took amazing care of our family while helping us through the planning process. He was thoughtful, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He carefully walked us through the burial plot options, explained the packages in detail, answered every question we had, and helped guide us through decisions that felt overwhelming at the time. We never felt rushed or pressured, only supported and cared for. The way everything was explained made such a difficult process much easier for our family to understand. My brother, Zakk, unexpectedly passed away in a motorcycle accident on May 2, 2026. Our family was completely overwhelmed with grief and didn’t know what to do. We turned to Floral Haven and were introduced to Chelsea Evans and several other compassionate staff members who went above and beyond to care for us and ensure Zakk was honored beautifully. They guided us around the grounds and helped us choose a peaceful plot. They assisted in selecting a beautiful casket and supported us through every step of the planning. From the funeral arrangements to the burial and the family gathering afterward, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and thoughtfulness. The service was conducted with my brother in mind, and the staff literally took care of us from start to finish. Floral Haven also provided a family center where friends and relatives could gather to share food, celebrate Zakk’s life, and reminisce. Chelsea Evans was incredibly thorough, compassionate, and attentive to every detail, making a very overwhelming process feel much more manageable. From start to finish, the staff treated our family with care, respect, and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, allowing us to focus on honoring our loved one. I must mention Olivia! Olivia made the best fresh baked cookies. There will never be enough stars or thank yous for the premiere service I received at Floral Haven. Every part of the planning was so easy, but the personal care I received as a grieving loved one went far above and beyond. I felt so seen and cared for in every step and detail. Kenslie was our director and she not only took care of the funeral service needs, but also heard what mattered to me and went out of her way to give me a special place/way to grieve. She checked on me multiple times before and since the service. For a person who is normally the one taking care of everyone, it was so nice to be well taken care of. Every person we encountered at Floral Haven was so sweet and kind; from the administrative assistant, to the planners, florist, and grounds and facilities, every single person was dedicated to serving us well with kindness and compassion. I truly appreciate all the ways they took care of us.
